It was early in the year 2008. I was looking for a new way in the web. In the direction of these curiosities, I bought a host. This host had an automatic installation of Joomla! I got into the world of coding with endless power of Joomla! The next year, I entered the electrical field at the University of Tabriz. In the first year of the university, I also launched a discussion forum for electrics with classmates. My activities in the Web area became more and more up to the point where I preferred the web to electricity. Vahid, my brother, was also interested in and entered the web. At the university, he is also a student of IT. We focused on our activities with the help of Vahid, and the 'Focusweb' was born with the motto "We Focus on Web". We have expanded our work in Focusweb, made big projects, got bigger and got valuable experiences. It was time to make a change. It was time to take our focus off the web and enter the newer worlds. After all, we finally created 'Sazmand' brand. A brand that the whole world is supposed to recognize. A brand that is a product of love, experience and knowledge. We have a hard path to reach the summit, but we have been becoming professional mountaineers.

Saeed is a developer, an entrepreneur, a lover, an engineer, a friend, and a good listener. He tries to share his knowledge with the others. The workload is full of experience, some are successful and some are unsuccessful. Before being a manager, he considers himself as a team-mate. In his work, UI and UX design, he is professional. He writes code behind the desk for hours, but he does not feel tired.

Vahid is mostly a project manager rather than a developer. His ability to work in various parts of the technology (full stack development) and working with team management tools and advanced project processes are all part of this title. He has been an IT engineer at the University and has been in this field for more than 7 years. In his work, he has done large-scale projects at the national level (web and mobile applications). He loves helping others in his own field of work and he has good reasons for doing it :)
Masoud is another means of perseverance! A talent for coding. In the shortest time, Massoud learns new things and can be the most productive with the least things. He's crazy about IT and he's following all the news and sometimes he writes. Has its own terminology. The most happy thing about Massoud is when he has solved a programming bug. He is ready to tolerate any difficulty in order to meet his demands.
Ehsan is a professional developer and lover. The code that Ehsan writes will work properly because it is a combination of science and experience. He is always up to date and follows the newest traditions. An analysis and a good view of the project from the implementation stage to the operation. Ehsan's second interest after coding is the Juventus team.
Peyman is the winner of the team. The treaty solves it wherever you go. In addition to coding, it is also interested in managing virtual media. We see the treaty less in the company, but it does its job perfectly and without fail. In addition to specializing in server-side code-writing, he has a handy side-by-side code.
